The award is given to employees who go above and beyond to provide excellent customer service that exceeds expectations. BMW Service Manager Joe Sulivan (left) and General Manager Scott Brittain (right) presented BMW Service Advisor Robbie Slusher (center) with the Don Jacobs Apple Award this month after Robbie went above and beyond for Ed and Sonia Cattoi. Here's what they had to say:
