The award is given to employees who go above and beyond to provide excellent customer service that exceeds expectations. Our goal is to have every customer have an A.P.P.L.E. experience with our dealership.
This Month's Winner
Guest Services Representative Brandi Bingham was this month's recipient of the Don Jacobs Apple Award. Brandi went above and beyond in assisting a customer with his purchase. Here's what Honda Sales Manager Bryan Wytiaz had to say:
"I just wanted to compliment Brandi on a great job helping one of our customers. She kept following up with him and encouraging him to bring his trade in for an appraisal, even though he didn't think we could do anything for him. Brandi set the appointment and I met with John yesterday. A couple hours later, John was driving home in a new 2017 Honda Accord! Keep up the good work Brandi!"
