The award is given to employees who go above and beyond to provide excellent customer service that exceeds expectations. Our goal is to have every customer have an A.P.P.L.E. experience with our dealership.
This Month's Winner
Honda Sales Consultant George Cropp won this month's Apple Award. George went above and beyond in assisting a recent customer with her purchase. Here's what she had to say:
"My sales person, George Cropp, is wonderful to deal with. He is very involved in every step of my leasing of the X1 and also gave me several options in terms of monthly payment amount whether I buy or lease. Because of him, it makes it easier for me to my decision then and there when I went to the dealership. I was there an hour close to closing and George Cropp did not mind staying an hour after business hours to make sure I leave a happy customer. So were the others that stayed as well, the store manager, the finance personnel and also the person that gave my car a wash. Even after my visit, George Cropp called me and asked how was I doing with my vehicle and offered assistance in some of my questions on the vehicle."
