Dan was especially helpful in the service department. It was my first time getting my car serviced at a vw dealer and the experience was great. Pricing was up front and they found a warranty extension that got me an extra repair for free!! This is on a 2016 vehicle so I was impressed. Additionally although the timeline was 2-3 days the quoted $800 resolved to $575. Would certainly recommend and will actually look here first for my next purchase if the sales team is like the service team

Hello, I wrote a negative review about Don Jacobs' customer service with the service department. I returned to have an oil change and a recall repaired on my VW Atlas yesterday. I would like to commend the department on the improvements made. I am very happy to see the video inspection and pre inspection. I like the realistic recommendation that came with the inspection. The representative was pleasant. The shop was immaculate as before. What matters to me is good customer service and honest assessment of my vehicle, which I received this visit. Great job on the improvements made.

We didn’t have any issues with the staff. Hunter Wells we highly recommend . Only concern we now have is that we didn’t get to drive the vehicle to where we could see how it was when traveling faster than 25 mph. After we purchased and was able to go at a faster speed, there is a lot of noise coming from the back area. We spent all we had an an elderly couple and cannot afford to have it taken and checked out.

From the employees looking down at me the instant I walked into the dealership, to the fact one of y'all pilfered the plastic vase that was in the car when I test drove it. Easiest car buying experience I've had yet. Jackson was friendly, knowledgeable, and didn't make me feel pressured at all during the whole experience. In my past experience, once you switch from your sales person to financial department, things get far less friendly and far more tricky, but Connor was wonderful with explaining everything and made the whole process as easy as can be. I love my new Honda, would definitely do business with these guys again!

Me and my father-in-law came in yesterday after going to 5 other car lots in central KY. Everyone was wonderful. They were very helpful in getting me into the car I wanted at a price I could afford.
