One of the best car buying experiences. Drake and Carter were amazing and they did amazing job in the entire process. Very easy to work with, to the point and never pushed me in negotiation process. Their manager Johnny is great too. Highly recommended.

I purchased my car about a month ago, April 13, 2023, this was the second time I purchased a car from Don Jacobs. Drake Nunnery was our sales associate and his knowledge was exceptional about the BMW 3 series, he showed me all the important things I needed/wanted to know about the car before we dro...ve off the lot. I never felt pressured to buy. Josh Muncy was awesome in the finance department, made us feel very comfortable, and explained everything! Jimmy, a manager I presume, even came out and spoke to us, telling us how sorry he was that we were there under the circumstances but were so glad no one was injured in the car wreck. In January 2021, I purchased a brand new Volkswagon GTI 2021 right off the showroom floor, and loved this car! It was totaled on March 18, 2023. This is what led me to buy a new car. I went to BMW of Louisville first because they had such a large selection, but it did not take me long to figure out I should have started in Lexington, at Don Jacobs BMW. They have a large selection of cars and I got just exactly what I wanted, in the color I wanted too! They got us a great interest rate and had our car ready to go in record time!! We will definitely be returning to Don Jacobs for future purchases!! They are great to deal with! Show more

I just bought my 5th used car from Don Jacobs. I bought my first when I was 22. I am now 48. Whenever I am looking for a car, they are the first place I go. They always listen to my wants and needs and get a car that I will like. This time I bought a 2017 Chevy Traverse Premier. I traded my 2009 For...d Flex that I’ve driven for 11 years. It was on its last leg, but they gave me a great allowance for it. John Michael was knowledgeable and friendly and the process was quick. I recommend Don Jacobs to everyone! Show more

Let me talk about my experience! First and foremost my sales rep Patron Hatcher was amazing the entire way through. My experience at Don Jacobs was amazing only because Patron walked with us the entire way through this process. We came in looking to buy a new car and left with an experience I never ...expected. We were in the market for a new vehicle. I had my eyes on the X4 but really wanted to keep my options open and really wanted to find the perfect car for me. When we sat down with Patron, he really listened to our needs and even what we wanted in a car. We felt no pressure to purchase, but the way he took time to listen to what we wanted and delivered on everything just led me to believe the red carpet was laid out for us. After leaving we knew that we had high expectations from any other dealership from here on out. We visited a few more top dealerships which I won't go into on my review, but lets just say they left alot to be desired. After shopping around, we decided that BMW was the way to go since the bar had already been set high with Patron. We decided on the X4 and Patron got the ball rolling to build a brand new model. The process was seamless and while we expected our vehicle to be delivered mid-late October, the car was in our possession by the end of September. Patron kept us informed every step of the process and was available for any questions or concerns we had along the way. When we came in to pick up the car, it was a special day as it is, but the way Patron made it even more special, words can't even put this together. Now, as I already stated we had the red carpet service all the way up until this point, however when we picked the car up, it solidified the red carpet experience on a whole new level. My car was on the showroom floor with a red carpet ready for a reveal. Now we are driving away in our new 2023 BMW X4 and all I can say is wow! In a time of scarce inventory with dealers eager to upcharge and capitalize on consumers, the team at Don Jacobs had excellent pricing and were very reasonable to work with. I had some dealers essentially laugh when I requested a custom build, but the sales staff and Gary at Don Jacobs were eager to... help build the perfect BMW for me. Some supply chain issues aside, I took delivery of my car earlier than expected and had an excellent experience from start to finish. Show more

I started looking at cars online and came across Don Jacobs. I found a vehicle I was interested in. I was immediately contacted by Natalie. When we spoke she found two vehicles that fit my strict specifications. She did not press anything that was outside of what I wanted. We then set up an appointm...ent. Upon arrival I was greeted with great service. She then sent me to a sales rep Allison, which also was very kind and knowledgeable. She provided me with all maintenance that was done to the vehicle and showed me everything I needed to know about the new suv. She answered any questions I had. Rest of the process went smooth. The finance department had me in and out in no time. I have to say out of all dealerships I have been to this was the absolute best. Highly recommend! Show more

Everyone was great Patron was amazing!! We would definitely recommend buying a car here no matter what your budget. We got a used car but they treated us like we bought the most expensive one on the lot.

I had walked on site with two vehicles in mind, met Erik as I was walking inside to speak with someone and am very glad I did. From the beginning he wasn't like your typical car dealership salesman that you always hear about trying to force you into buying a car you don't need/want. He asked me how ...he could help me, I told him, and he got straight to the point with it. After I had test drove the one they had available, (the other was in the shop) he talked with me about the purchase, never putting pressure on me, and helped me to come to a decision. I was then spoken to by Connor I believe (who was just as nice and also didn't pressure me) and he helped me sign the paperwork for the purchase. Thanks to both Erik and Connor, I now own a new car and am happy with my purchase. Show more
