Automotive Detailer

Job Duties:

Ensure interior of vehicle is clean. (windows, door jams, trunk, vacuum etc)
Clean the exterior of vehicle. (debug and wash)
Buffing
Wet sanding
Meet processing and standardization quotas.
Perform related tasks as directed by managers.
Able to work outdoors in all types of weather conditions.

Used Car Sales Manager

Job Responsibilities

Lead and organize all sales activities for the Used Car Sales department
Conduct daily market analysis and adjust pricing accordingly
Plan annual and monthly forecasts, staffing goals, and inventory needs
Acquire vehicles and maintain used car inventory levels
Set aggressive yet achievable monthly goals for sales consultants
Conduct and participate in sales training meetings
Coordinate daily with New Vehicle Sales Manager on inventory needs
Ensure staff awareness of new inventory and advertising efforts
Oversee appraisals, reconditioning, merchandising, and wholesaling
Serve as liaison between the Used Car department and other teams
Monitor CRM usage and daily follow-up standards
Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally
Ensure high standards for vehicle delivery and customer satisfaction
Enforce dealership policies and procedures

Qualifications

5+ years automotive sales management experience
Exceptional attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds, DealerSocket, and vAuto preferred
Self-motivated with strong leadership skills
Strong CRM knowledge and follow-up discipline
High-energy, positive attitude
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Professional appearance and work ethic
Process-driven mindset
